Outside of the Mixer, she’s the Group Head of Marketing for 5Values and a driving force behind campaigns like Playback Pioneers and Women Behind the Screen.

When he’s not liaising with speakers, you might find him moderating our panels, digging into the future of video hiring strategies, and passionately debating how to solve the skills gap in our industry. He’s a natural connector with a knack for turning good conversations into great opportunities.

When she’s not helping the Mixer running smoothly, Steph is behind the scenes sourcing supplies, organising logistics, supporting promotion, and helping build momentum in the lead-up to each event. Outside the Mixer, she’s part of the 5V Media team, planning media solutions, supporting industry reports, and helping promote the Playback Pioneers podcast.

Tom had the bright idea to launch the Mixer back in early 2024, and he’s had a watchful eye on the ship ever since. As CEO of 5Values, he’s an industry veteran who’s helped scale teams for some of the biggest players in video technology. He’s built relationships with vendors, operators, and platforms across the globe. Tom’s focus is on keeping the Mixer rooted in meaningful connections while always pushing us to think bigger about where we go next.
