When he’s not liaising with speakers, you might find him moderating our panels, digging into the future of video hiring strategies, and passionately debating how to solve the skills gap in our industry. He’s a natural connector with a knack for turning good conversations into great opportunities.

    Event Manager

    If there’s a Mixer happening, Steph is probably somewhere in the middle of making it happen. From sourcing suppliers and sorting logistics to coordinating sponsors, driving promotion and keeping the ever-growing to-do list under control, she’s behind the scenes turning the plans into a night people actually want to be at. Outside of the Mixer, she’s part of the 5V Media team, working across media solutions, industry reports, events and the Playback Pioneers podcast.

    Co-founder

    Tom had the bright idea to launch the Mixer back in early 2024, and he’s had a watchful eye on the ship ever since. As CEO of 5Values, he’s an industry veteran who’s helped scale teams for some of the biggest players in video technology. He’s built relationships with vendors, operators, and platforms across the globe. Tom’s focus is on keeping the Mixer rooted in meaningful connections while always pushing us to think bigger about where we go next.
